Founder
Led by Victoria E Armstrong
Victoria brings more than 20 years of experience across IT, consultancy, web, social media, online learning, digital strategy, business workshops and mentoring. Her commercial instinct and technical fluency shape how every Symposia Founders programme is designed, supported and delivered.
Her career spans instructional design, AI product strategy, learning systems architecture and commercial onboarding. She has built and scaled a six figure digital education business, increased course enrolments by 35 per cent through onboarding redesign and delivered more than 200 live learning sessions alongside two decades of LMS implementation and technical training for government agencies, colleges and SMEs.
Victoria holds a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Babson College and a BA Hons in Business Studies from Ulster University. She is also a Chartered Institute of Marketing certified marketer.
That experience now powers a model where Learning Partners gain practical capability, Business Partners gain useful support and both sides grow through meaningful work.

Victoria Armstrong has worked in Internet Marketing and the eCommerce sector for nearly ten years, with wide experience delivering IT and business mentoring to schools, colleges, enterprise agencies and private sector companies.
As Programme Leader, Victoria taught practical online business skills across major platforms. The same focus on relevant skills and real commercial use now sits at the heart of Symposia Founders.
